Delivery good, goods less so.

Delivery was prompt. But the clock itself was (is still) difficult to get going - the battery contacts are poor and only work with some pushing around.

Usually Hermes are offering us a first class delivery service, but as they use self employed couriers they rely on our feedback to ensure all couriers follow the correct practices.
