I have emailed you regarding this feedback but have not had a response. I'm so sorry to read the problems you experienced with this product and completely understand how disappointing this can be. I noticed you did get in contact with us regarding the button that became loose and a replacement was sent. However, I can see you mention this did not fix the problem, please accept our sincerest apologies regarding this.
