Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it and that you enjoyed the tour.I have just investigated the email response as we always aim to respond to emails asap and can see that due to the time difference, your emails often came in just as we were leaving the office. I can see that on one occasion the email came in on a Friday night and this happened to be our August bank holiday so we were not able to respond until the tuesday - apologies! Thanks for your review Susi, apologies for the issues with the second hotel on this tour - we were horrified to learn of this and acted immediately, the hotel did not reflect our usual standards and we will be taking this up with them.
