Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks so much for your feedback. This was our first try at a 'Mystery tour' and after careful evaluation, we have decided not to run the tour again as a Mystery tour and re-run it next year as a Pembrokeshire tour rather than a surprise. This will mean people can make their own way to the hotel. It was a nice idea but logistically did cause a few issues. We are delighted you enjoyed the tuition and hotel :-) Best wishes, Emily
