We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed and understand the the weather didn't play ball on the day. This workshop was for 10 participants (2 tutors) and was advertised as such so I apologise if our website was misleading in any way. Sues presentation about the techniques and aesthetic considerations of flower photography is a key part of the workshop but we take on board your suggestion that it was a little too long, thank you. We are always unhappy when a client is disappointed with our tours and workshops so please do contact our office and we will be only too glad to compensate you for your disappointment. We are however really pleased to hear you would be happy to join us again and look forward to welcoming you in the future.
