Very upset that no claim does not mean no claim. Had a broken wing mirror and it's down as a multi car crash which has altered the family's other vehicles and no where to say it was just a wing...

Renewal contact by email was very good giving details of the renewal price and details of how payment could be made. Able to print out the policy at home.
