With regards to our dispatch and delivery terms and conditions, we do try to make it as clear as possible that orders received before 12pm Monday - Friday, will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. In this case, your order was received after 2pm on a Thursday so the next working day after dispatch, was Monday. I'm very sorry to hear this is not what you were expecting.
