Glad to read you have had some good tours with us. I know one of my team addressed your email regarding your Heidelberg tour in 2012 and we hadn't heard from you since. Sorry if you were not entirely satisfied, although I note you did book a further holiday with us in August 2012 to the Dolomites in May which was great to see.
