We very much hope that you have thoroughly enjoyed the content of the tour, the important locations visited and the service provided by our specialist guide and drivers. I note your past tour was with the same guide so I hope the experience was equally as good. I note that the accommodation differed from your previous Holocaust tour and you were disappointed this time with the quality of the hotel this time. We do carefully source each hotel used on our tours and hope that everyone will be comfortable and happy. In regards to the hotel I am sorry that you were disappointed that the hotel did not provide evening meals, although evening meals do not form part of this package I apologise for the disappointment this caused you.
