Many thanks for your comments following your recent tour with us. Although I understand that you enjoyed many positive aspects of your tour, I’m sorry to learn that you were left feeling a little let down by the location of your hotel. Within our brochure and on our website, we advise our guests that their accommodation will be situated approximately 70 miles from Keukenhof Park. Unfortunately, we can’t always allocate accommodation that’s centrally located within a town or city, or within immediate striking distance of popular attractions such as Keukenhof, due to cost and availability. However, we always make sure that the facilities at the hotels we allocate are adequate for our guests, in terms of dining arrangements and the availability of eateries nearby. I’m pleased that you found the meals in the hotel to be of an ‘excellent’ standard and that you were also able to locate a nice restaurant nearby, however I do apologise if you received conflicting information from your coach crew. I’m really sorry to read about the delay you encountered during your homeward journey, however it’s reassuring to know that you received the level of care we’d expect from our representatives. We would value your company on another Leger tour, so I very much hope that you’ll continue to think of us when you’re planning your holidays and short breaks going forward. I am sorry that you feel let down about the hotel we provided due to its location and restrictive evening menu, although we don't always secure centrally located hotels and this one is based on breakfast only, it is important that our customers are happy and being well looked after.
