Thank you for your feed back, I can see from the correspondence with our team that DPD attempted delivery and you regrettably missed them. Due to the item being a knife, we are unable to offer the convenience of leaving in a safe place or collect from a DPD Parcel Shop. It would seem you have been unsuccessful in rearranging delivery and this has led to a time sensitive order being no longer needed. We will as your request on Thursday evening arrange a refund of the order.
