Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The team members are lovely with the kids, however this year at King Edwards School, Birmingham, could have benefit from some more senior staff members.

Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear that your little one enjoyed their experience with us. I welcome your comments regarding the staff, we have senior staff members working on our camps but we must ensure that it is clear for parents who this person is. We use music to create a welcoming atmosphere, similar to that of a birthday party. Clearly, we’ve not got this quite right. We’ll ensure that this is reiterated in our training with all coaches.
