The probe covers are alright, but very expensive.

I ordered two boxes of probe covers, from your photo, at discount code for two boxes at £5.99 per box. It is not clear that the £5.99 is for half a box of 20 covers, so I received one box of 40...

Hi there - apologies for the confusion! A box of probe covers means 20 probe covers and our website has now been altered to make that clear in the page title: https://www.kinetikwellbeing.com/product/probe-covers-iet2pc/

Where you have been sent a twin pack box of 40 covers this is just for economical shipping purposes but contains as many probe covers as you'd receive in 2 single packs. So it has worked out as £5.99 per box of 20 plus shipping as the order was under £20. I hope this makes sense and hopefully we won't incur this same issue of confusion again. Kind regards - Molly
