Hello - quick question - did you complete the registration form with the order?

We have now confirmed that no registration form was submitted so we have made contact and processed your refund. In future please do follow the guidelines to completing the registration process as these are medical results that are submitted to each individual and if not completed the delivery cannot be processed for medical and safety reasons for clients.

As you’ll know our blood pressure is constantly changing and we’d be interested to know what you compared your readings with as a reference point and whether it was in similar circumstances and timeframe.
