Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Would have given 5 stars but was disappointed that the ground sheet wasn't included in the price

Thank you for your comments. A groundsheet has not been produced for the Shower/Toilet tent which is why this is not included in the price. Due to the nature of the tent (used for showering or for a toilet) a groundsheet wouldn't be deemed necessary. Nevertheless, we will pitch the idea to the Product Director.
