Thank you for sharing your feedback with Kenwood.
With regards to power rating from the UK to Iraq this is on the same voltage so should be totally fine to use.
With regards to a cookery book because of the connected ability of the machine all recipes can be for on the Kenwood World app and is available on Apple and Android.

Haven’t really used it yet. Initial problems were this is a very heavy item so cannot move it when required. I have arthritis in fingers and wrists. It is also too tall to slide under kitchen wall...
I’m so happy to have the cooking chef. It is working well, easy to clean and wash. It is so amazing to knead the dough, whip cream and make juices. Just love it!!!

We would really like to help with some hints and tips to show how much of an incredible and versatile machine the Cooking Chef XL actually is.
The Kenwood World App offers an array of connected recipes from all around the world that give simple step by step instructions with your Cooking Chef XL, but things don't need to stop there, all your own individual recipes you love to cook can be adapted with heat, stir speed and timed settings when using the machine out of connected mode.
