Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad that you were pleased with the service and the bass itself (even if it wasn't for you!). As the online store is a separate part of our business from the store that you were in, they would not have the ability to process the return for you on their system - I believe this would be why they advised you to contact the online store team.
