Thank you for your feedback. It is indeed regrettable that all the websites and suppliers advertising this event had the start time shown as 4pm, and that it was not until the final details were received that it transpired that the gates opened at 4pm, with the concert starting at 7pm. We do hope that you have not suffered any ill effects of not drinking during the course of the evening, which is not something we would recommend
