It was a lovely trip and was able to meet with my cousin and have Afternoon Tea at the Old Swan in Harrogate. A lovely way to spend the afternoon when the weather was mixed.

Driver was smart and very polite. Coach was clean and there was plenty of leg room.

Excellent comfort with air conditioning and leg room on a hot day. Comfort break adequate.

I didn’t award 5 stars as I felt the coach windows on the outside could have done with a wipe .Just a minor point !Everything else was excellent .

Some of the organisation was confusing.Overnight bag to me meant toiletries and clean undergarments NOT the main suitcase.Yor courier and driver sorted it out after the first night!
