Jersey Pottery is designed in Jersey at our headquarters and our ceramics are made in our factory in Lincolnshire, England and with partners in Europe and Asia; this information is set out in our FAQs. Please note that the Sardine Run range has always been made from Earthenware, a ceramic type which is elegant and refined but more care must be taken as it chips more readily than Stoneware, Porcelain and Bone China. If the items have not been used and you wish to return them for a refund, please contact our customer service team directly.
