Dreadful they do not accept the purchased ticket downloaded to a mobile phone. They would not let us board the bus despite the QR coded ticket clearly stating we did not need to print the ticket!...

Red and blue line service was sparse and infrequent. Yellow and gray line would come around much more frequently at stops.
