I thought the stops that they did were great on this tour and the amount of buses were plentiful. We were easily able to catch another bus at each stop without waiting mote than 15-20 mi.

The Big Bus tour you booked does not include any official tour guides, if there is a guide on the bus, they are only there to assist customers. The tour only includes audio commentary that all travelers have access to.

We have passed on the feedback to the tour operator for further improvements.

The bases were absolutely packed with people,dirty, and on some stops we waited 15 minutes in boiling sunshine at each stop. Not so much hop on hop off, more, hop on, drive for 5 minutes, wait for 15...
