Long wait times for the buses. Maps provided by them were not detailed enough on where the pickup points where. We were often guessing and waiting at wrong pickup locations.

It didn't tell us until after we purchased the tickets that we needed to print them off before meeting at the bus. We did not have anywhere to print them and it caused a big delay at the bus stop.

Red line is great. Blue line lacks additional stops. App should be more user friendly. Drivers for blue line could be more friendly.
