Comes packaged very carefully and the pillows come in a 5 star box, which is not your average brown box! I don't think Harrods would have as posh a box.

weak Diffuser Fragrance

Delivery was prompt. Diffuser fragrance and candles have little fragrance compared with Ritusls or Flower Street. I would not buy again.
