How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to find that your flight reference number was missing from your e-tickets. I have since flagged this to our ticketing team, asking them to ensure that such errors are minimised. I'm glad that this was resolved appropriately. Louis, Guest Services.

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, the rep at the resort told us it was Inghams policy NOT to give clients the flight reference in case they lost them. So we had no choice but to check in at the airport for the return flight.

What Guest said about Inghams:

Poor website. Godd personal on the phone service

Your on line system just did not work but your telephone sales person handled my call very professionally (although we later found some errors on the booking which were quickly corrected)

Thank you for your feedback on your booking experience. I am so sorry the booking halted and did not tell you why which must have been very frustrating. I have flagged this to our website team to be aware of and address. I'm glad to see once you did get through to us the next morning that we were able to deal with this quickly and efficiently. Friendly, efficient and informative.

I booked with Emma, who was very efficient and ensured we got all we wanted in our hotel. She even got us a discount as frequent customers, which was very impressive! She knew the area, too, and told...
