Thank you for your feedback about your departure experience. We're sorry that you felt "kicked out" of the hotel as a result of the transfer being arranged earlier than usual as a precautionary measure in a bid to avoid some of the delays experienced the prior week due to inclement weather. This was my second visit and the standard remains excellent. Staff are trained to a high standard. Location and comfort are as described.
