Thank you for your feedback about your experience at the Chalet Hotel & Spa Le Savoie, which we agree boasts an enviable location within this popular resort. It's disappointing to note your experience of the local management of the property, and that you noted some maintenance issues. These do not appear to have been noted on the management reports from the property, so we will follow up accordingly to ensure that these issues are addressed.
