We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your return transfer as this is not what we would have wanted for your holiday.
When we are looking at the timings for the transfers we have to base this on official traffic forecasts provided by local authorities. We also need to factor in for any emergencies or unexpected events that may arise.
We were also aware that this weekend was extremely busy because of the British half term and our transfer Managers monitor the flow of traffic closely.
Where we know that it is a particularly busy time we would always recommend to arrive at the airport in good time. We would not want any of our guests to have to rush through the airport which adds unnecessary stress for our passengers which is what we want to avoid.
Our aim is to ensure that all our passengers meet their flights home with as minimal stress as possible and we can only apologise that you had an extended time at Chambery airport.
