I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed that the spa at Hotel le Savoie was out of action during your stay. I realise this must have been frustrating for you.
Unfortunately the spa was closed for Health & Safety reasons due to a fire. Our team did arrange for access to the local Aquasportif centre for our guests.
I hope that you were able to make use of the alternative facilities provided.
