Hello Deborah, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your purchase of the Indesit IWDE126. If your washing is quite wet you could try making your spin speed faster or try using lighter loads especially for materials such as wool or cotton as they absorb more water there for its harder to spin out the excess.
