Arrived extremely promptly. Packaging could possibly have an opportunity to improve, i think it was just bubble wrapped. Doesnt matter but I just thought of that as I was opening it.

We are very sorry to hear this - the other review left for this was 'excellent' and we have had good feedback on the items indiviudally. the pillows are a soft/medium loft and should most certainly puff up with an airing. The quilt is an all year round 300 gsm design and puffy also. The topper is a soft quilt like layer over the bed. I am sorry you have found the items maybe too soft for your liking and will discuss your feedback with the design team also. Thank you, I Love Linen
