Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry this one stopped working as it should. These gravel cleaners rely on a priming action to get the flow going — usually a few quick up-and-down pushes in the water to start the siphon — and they work best with the right water level and a bucket positioned below the tank, as the siphon depends on that height difference to pull water through. If it genuinely stopped drawing altogether after only two uses, though, that's not normal and may point to a faulty unit rather than a technique issue.
