House of Watches were very helpful inwhen the watch I bought was faulty.
I bought a solar powered Seiko watch which was promptly delivered and was as described, but it turned out to be faulty and kept stopping. Very surprising as I have had similar Seiko watches before...

I bought the watch late ok evening ok Thursday and It was delivered next day on Saturday with out any extra cost, so far so good.
