I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your new appliance.
I would advise that if your clothes are all creasing so that you are unable to iron out the creases you need to use the low heat for a smaller load of washing, it is also possible that you are leaving them in the tumble dryer for too long after they are dry.
We do have tumble driers that have a 'Ready to Wear' function where a sensor senses the moisture level in the drum and stops the cycle when the garments are at the suitable moisture level for your to wear.
The recommended heat level and amount of time for the load capacity for the fabric is indicated on the top left part of the machine on the front of the drawer for the reservoir.

I am sorry to hear that you have rated your appliance a 4 out of 10 due to there being no handle and the drum being too large.
We do have other dryers in our range that feature handles and smaller drums that may be more suited to your needs.
The larger drum allows your to dry larger and heavier garments such as bath towels & mats or bedding.
