I have used Hoseasons cottages before and not had a problem, so this may be a one off. I suggest they make a spot visit to this cottage to see for themselves.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. As evident from the photos, this is an old property so things such as cobwebs are unavoidable however we do always try to maintain a good level of cleanliness. The fridge-freezer and shower have been inspected by a regional manager and are still working today. If there are any issues we strongly urge guests to contact us whilst in residence.
