Product was great Homecare Essentials not so much (date 2026). Processing of order was slow so ETA was late from point of purchase and it was over a day before I got an email saying processing order....

My goodness I hope we didn't send you a carp!!! In all seriousness we do partner with other companies to include inserts in with our orders. Of course we get do receive a couple of pennies for doing this but it all helps a small independent family owned business balance the books and keep the doors open. In terms of the product stickers we have been using re-order stickers for years and not a day goes by without someone calling to order a product citing the product sticker as where they got our number from long after the memory of where they got it from originally has faded. So I afraid that I cannot apologise for these two things that offend you enough to vomit but I will apologise if the order was delivered late. Obviously that is not good without looking into the Courier tracking I am not sure what happened but we received the order late on a Friday night and dispatched on the following Tuesday morning. I am sorry for any inconvenience any Courier delay may have caused.
