Good Morning! I have had a look at the booking details provided and can see that your holiday did fail to confirm on our system. so a booking was never actually made at that time. We had popped you a call to advise of this as the room type which you selected was no longer available. As we had received no response to our telephone call, the pending payment was then released back into your account as per our processes. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused!
