Hi, I can see that the reference number that you have received was your booking ID rather than your TUI reference which is why it did not bring up a booking on the app. I am unsure what sunseekers would be regarding this holiday however I will re send out your confirmation email now so that you can get your booking reference number and add the booking to your TUI app. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
