Great clothes and speedy delivery!
Easy to use website. Order process was simple. Order came very quickly and clothes wrapped nicely. Box was a little crushed, but clothes fine inside.

Nice to have American sizes as well as British.
I liked how you had a section with American sizes. The dress I ordered arrived quickly. I had to return it and buy a different size, but the instructions for returns were easy to follow and process...

Disappointed with the variable quality
The process of ordering and time to deliver were very good, but some of the cashmere wool jumpers I had ordered were so thin you could see the pattern of my top through them. Sent back 3 of 4 jumpers...
