Hello there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback on your delivery, I am very sorry to hear that you were not aware of the current customs charges which are now accrued on all international parcels post the UK leaving the EU. Unfortunately I can confirm that as we are not able to predict these charges at time of sale we cannot include them on our website and so our terms and conditions do advise for international customers to check their local customs policies as these will be charged prior to delivery depending on the country for delivery receipt.
