Although the dress was not suitable, a refund was given immediately I used the free Returns option.

Good service but ...
The service was quick and efficient BUT the jumper was packed in plastic and with quantities of polystyrene pieces. This is not acceptable; other companies now pack exclusively in paper or cardboard.
