Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service. There was a slight fault on one of the shoes. Both the customer service ladies I spoke to were very helpful and new pair of shoes were sent to me by next day delivery.

Prefer trying things as on
I drove to a shop to try on dresses in the end, as this didn't suit me, even though it was a lovely dress. Shop staff were brilliant.
