Dont bother paying for extra shipping.
I paid extra to have shipping on saturday. All items came except 1. That last item took over a week. This is not okay as i paid to have all items to come by that saturday.

Extremely disappointed- no update on delivery at all
Extremely poor- despite paid for next day delivery, still waiting after two weeks without any regular update!!!

Great customer service
Bought these sandals which arrived quickly & well packaged. Great quality but not a good fit for me. Returning was easy & a refund was quick. Would definitely purchase from Hobbs again.

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback on your delivery service, I am very sorry to hear that your delivery was not delivered on the following Saturday from the date of ordering, I can confirm unfortunately we are only able to provide Saturday delivery if ordered before 12pm midday on Friday that week. Any orders past this time would be sent for Saturday deliver the following Saturday. Kind regards,
