Customer service let's them down
Nobody on the chatline, I don't think 'Hattie' exists. Phoneline keeps you waiting for 52 minutes to speak to an adviser, I had no option but to wait. My refund had not been made after sixteen days....

I am sorry that you have not had success getting through to us, 'Hattie' is an automated service which you go through to before waiting to be connected to an advisor. I can understand how frustrating this must be for you and I have passed this feedback on. I am also sorry that you are having problems returning your order.Our returns policy is clearly stated that we advise to allow 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for refunds to be fully processed and refunded. https://www.hobbs.com/shopping-with-us/return-policy.html We hope that you will shop with us again soon.
