Many thanks for your feedback. We prefer to use a courier for larger or more expensive deliveries as these can be tracked, meaning if they get lost or damaged we can claim with the courier for the cost of getting these replaced. Interlink Express should try three times to deliver if you are not in the first time, and are also open to taking instructions if you are happy for them to leave your parcel in a safe place. Great cause but disappointed that much of the new merchandise seems to be losing the link to the injured which is the key message.
