My nails grow strong after taking these tablets which is the first time in 40 years. Normally they break as soon as they get beyond the top of my finger.

My hair was thinning and nails had stopped growing due to illness. Within a month my hair began to look thicker and my nails started to grow again and are now much stronger and less brittle.
