Been taking them for 6 months and my cholesterol reading has not gone down.

It is excellent to hear that you are taking proactive steps to manage your cholesterol. Plant Sterols 800 mg tablets have been scientifically shown to help maintain or lower cholesterol levels. Taking one tablet a day helps to maintain normal cholesterol, while taking three tablets daily (2.4 g) can lower cholesterol levels. For best results, it is recommended to take between 1.5 g and 3 g of plant sterols daily, as benefits increase incrementally up to 3 g per day.

These tablets are easy to swallow and I have had no negative reactions to them at all. Can’t yet say if the have controlled my chloresterol until the.next blood test
