I have been taking Plant Sterols since 2022 and my cholesterol has gone from 6.26 to 5.41 which was the last blood test I had in August 2024. Hopefully it will now be even lower.

Good quality product. Taking this as part of my daily routine for my prostate. The beta-sitosterol it contains is helpful and works in combination with saw palmetto + pumpkin seed oil.
No change to cholesterol levels so would not be able to recommend this product

I am taking 3 of these with 2 artichokes a day as recommended
to reduce cholesteryl - so fingers crossed hoping they get it down to a safe level by 6 months time
