I was unable to take Statins for raised Cholesterol due to nasty side effects. Plant sterols have done the trick with no side effects. Cholesterol now normal.

I think that these are a valuable supplement to take to reduce cholesterol and as they work differently to Statins, they can be taken alongside prescription cholesterol lowering drugs.
