For me personally, the plant sterols are reducing my high cholesterol much slower than I had hoped. Nevertheless, my cholesterol is coming down so I am happy to continue taking them.
I take these to avoid statins and they seem to work ok . They are a bit large to swallow but ok if you take them with plenty of water
